You will only receive emails from us by consent, of which will include; (1) order confirmations - as part of our automated shopping process, (2) newsletters - where you have subscribed to their receipt, (3) an email reply - in response to a general or sales enquiry received by us in an email format from you, and (4) order update - to provide valid information to you in respect to a current order. We do not send marketing emails to non-customer, personal email addresses ('spam').

Marketing

We will provide you with the means of declining any future newsletters or marketing email, by the inclusion of an automated 'unsubscribe' option upon each newsletter. As mentioned above, you will only receive newsletters if you subscribe. We do not send marketing emails to non-customer, personal email addresses ('spam').

Data Collection

To enable us to service your enquiries and your custom, the following data may be collected: your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

Shopping

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. To enable our shopping facility to function, this site utilises both 'Java' and 'Cookies' in its operation. You can usually modify your browser to limit 'Java' use, however by doing so our shopping functions will be impeded. 'Cookies' are used to collect information to identify you as a shopper upon our web site, although again you can modify your browser settings to limit their use.
