How to make a purchase

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Simply browse through our product range, then when you find a product that you wish to buy just select the quantity required then click on the 'Buy Now' button below the product - the item(s) will then be placed into your shopping basket. You can then continue shopping and add more items to your basket. You can view the total cost of your basket in the top right-hand corner of the web site. To view your shopping basket contents at any point, simply click on the 'View' link.

When the contents of your basket are displayed you have several options. At any time you can remove an item by clicking on the red 'Delete' bin, or alternatively alter the quantity or any options by clicking the green 'Amend' pencil.

When you are happy with all of the items in your shopping basket click on the 'Checkout' button. You'll then be asked for your customer address and delivery address (if different). Once entered click the 'Payment' button, where you can choose your means of shipping. Once you've chosen your preferred means of shipping and accepted our terms & conditions, once again click on the 'Payment' button to transfer to our 'Final Check' page. If you're happy everything is correct, click the 'Checkout' button to transfer to our secure server environment, where we ask you to securely and privately enter your card details to complete the order.

Security

You can buy products from this site with the confidence of knowing that we have incorporated a secure server (128 bit SSL) link that will encrypt your order information and protect you against credit card fraud. When you click on the 'Proceed to secure server' button your order will be transferred to our secure server. Most browsers will display a lock icon to confirm that you are in a secure area.

Java & Cookies

The shopping facility incorporated in this site utilises both 'Java' and 'Cookies' in its operation. If you are experiencing any problems with items not being added to your shopping basket, check your browsers settings to ensure that 'Java' is enabled and that it will always accept 'Cookies'.
