Delivery

Our Aim

Our aim is to hold in stock reasonable quantities of all products offered online and to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receipt of a customer’s order.

Our Method

Products may be dispatched by our own transport or by national carrier organisations. Where possible a signature for delivery will be required but if this is not possible please indicate this on your order and we will notify the delivery service accordingly. If you require the product to be left with a neighbour then similarly please make this known at the time of order (Please be specific as to the neighbours name and address). Where a signature for the product cannot be obtained the delivery will be made at the customer’s risk.

Timescale

Allowing time for your order to be processed delivery will usually be made within 4 working days. In the event that an item is out of stock for any reason we will contact you within two working days to notify you of the anticipated delivery.

Scope

The delivery charge quoted covers the British mainland only. For deliveries to the islands or to Northern Ireland please call or e:mail for a quotation.
